Admin Assistant (Driving Required) - Full Time

Job Description:

  • Attend business meetings and take accurate notes in English.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.

  • Make phone calls and communicate on behalf of the manager.

  • Participate in brainstorming and business planning sessions.

  • Run errands and a mix of tasks to fulfill business needs.

  • Drive the CEO and team members for meetings & events.

  • Ensure that the car remains clean and well maintained.

  • Do online research for a variety of topics assigned from time to time.

  • Have the desire to learn and grow.

 

Requirements:

  • Valid personal driver's licenses and solid driving experience.

  • Prior experience as a admin assistant / secretary is advantageous.

  • Neatly presented and professional.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Clear criminal record.

  • Positive attitude towards life with good energy
